The ISYL™ Workflow Engine is used to script interactions needed to elicit the information necessary for live or virtual Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to be able to service requests for information. The Workflow Engine is the centerpiece of all the ISYL™ Engines and implements the compliant sequential logic needed to define each required step from the beginning to the end of a defined business process.

The ISYL™ Workflow Engine is used in real-time to guide CSRs or self-service users through the steps needed to gather the needed information (Facts) and respond to requests in defined categories. The ISYL™ Production Data Source is used to support the Workflow Engine.
