The ISYL™ Review Manager provides Reviewers with the ability to display lists of defined Business Processes, with their associated components (Scripts, DynaCaps, Rules, Actions…) based on their status. The Reviewer allows authorized personnel to test ISYL™ Workflows in the ISYL™ Viewer to see exactly what an CSR will see in an actual interaction using the selected script.

Once the review is complete, authorized personnel can change the status of a "Release" including all the defined Business Processes so it will be published to the Production environment. The Review Manager is a component of the Admin Console and it stores data in the Admin Data Source prior to publication.  ISYL™ goes the distance to automate processes needed to be flexible and complaint at the same time.
