ISYL™ Request and Answer Services connect to any number of integrated data sources through ISYL™ Adaptors to search for answers, then format them appropriately for delivery based on the channel of service. The Answer Engine is highly customizable to insure the answers are returned in a format that is useful to the user and the context of the type of answer to be delivered.

The Request Service leverages integration services where each ISYL™ Adaptor has any number of Methods tied to Actions available to administrators to define at what point to get the information and display it. Some of the Requests are tied to DynaCap Facts for populating selection lists and combo boxes. Other requests use custom renderers  to display data in a formats appropriate for the content and the process.
