a 360 degree view of contact history. Audio recordings let you hear both
sides of the call, but do not let you know exactly what CSRs are doing
throughout the interaction. The ISYL™ transcript report shows you
everything the CSR did during the call and the exact information
presented to the CSR to relay to the caller.
